At The Seasoned Traveller, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we hope you love your travel-friendly seasoning kits, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read our returns and refund policy below.
Perishable Goods Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used food items for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if there is a problem with your order, we are happy to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your kit arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@theseasonedtraveller.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Change of Mind
We do not currently offer returns or refunds for change of mind due to the perishable and sealed nature of our products.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please get in touch. We’ll investigate with the courier and offer support, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once issued.
